Becky Rengering, MSN, RN
Clinical Director, Community Health Services Network Primary Care

Becky Rengering is a seasoned nursing leader with nearly three decades of experience in clinical care and healthcare administration. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 1996 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Joseph University in 2019.

For 26 years, Becky dedicated her career to advancing transplant services at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC), where she held various roles culminating in her position as Clinical Director for Transplant Services (all organs) from 2019 to 2024. In 2024, she transitioned to Community Health Services Network Primary Care, where she currently serves as Clinical Director, overseeing primary care operations across 14 locations in the tristate area.

Becky is deeply committed to improving population health and advancing nursing leadership. She serves as Committee Chair of the National Kidney Foundation’s Medical Advisory Board, is a board member of Off The List—an organization supporting patients in need of living kidney donors—and has held the role of Treasurer for the Greater Cincinnati Organization for Nursing Leadership (GCONL) for the past two years.

Her leadership is driven by a passion for collaborative care models, health equity, and empowering nurses to lead transformative change in healthcare systems.
